By accessing or using HyeEstate ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

HyeEstate is a real estate platform connecting buyers, renters, and agents within the Armenian community in the United States. We provide property listings, AI-powered tools, agent matching, and related services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. HyeEstate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Agent Listings

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. HyeEstate does not verify all information and disclaims liability for inaccurate or misleading listings. Agents agree to comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
  • Interfere with the Platform's security or functionality
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on HyeEstate are owned by HyeEstate or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

HyeEstate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to failed transactions, inaccurate listings, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
